With a background in health and wellness coaching and years of experience supporting individuals through meaningful life transitions, I blend practical knowledge with a compassionate, whole-person approach. The History of the Reset Program

The 21-Day Personal Reset began in 2013 as a seasonal elimination program designed to temporarily remove common inflammatory foods. While many participants experienced physical benefits, something important became clear: most individuals weren’t just looking for a food plan — they wanted support around their own personal goals. Some wanted to cut back on sugar, others to reduce alcohol, eat less fast food, improve sleep, or simply feel more in control of their daily habits. The program naturally evolved into a seasonal, individualized reset that focuses on the person rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.Over the years, the results have reflected that shift.
